Online appointment scheduling is now closed. Same day drive up flu shots will be offered while supplies last. 

This year more than ever, getting a flu shot is important for protecting you and our community. Flu vaccination is recommended for most people age 6 months and older.

Children and adults age 6 months and older are welcome. High dose flu vaccine is recommended and available for adults over age 65. No nasal spray vaccine is available. Egg free vaccine is also available.

Most insurances accepted and will cover the cost of a flu shot. For those who need to self-pay, flu vaccine is $25, high dose vaccine is $50, and egg free vaccine is $50.

We want to help you spend less time in person, so let’s take care of the details now. You’ll need your insurance card (if you have one).

1. Select your preferred appointment time below. Select a time for each person coming for vaccination.
2. Complete all information fields.
3. Once you click the green submit button, you will receive an email confirmation. Please make sure the time in the email matches the time you selected. A difference in time may be due to a time zone selected other than EST.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason, just click on the link in your email confirmation.

If you are scheduling a flu shot for multiple people who will be with you in the same vehicle, please schedule all people in the same time slot. If there isn’t enough availability in the same time for all individuals that will be coming with you, please just select the next available time. We will vaccinate all individuals in the same vehicle at one time.
